Not true at all. Luxury consignment shops have been around for years (used watches e.g. Rolex) and you had issues with condition and the issue with fakes - now the same concept is in full force on the web with sites like: https://www.therealreal.com/

I totally get the cost fear... but come on ...
Cost of ceramic brakes on a 458? At least 6/8k
    Cost of a battery in mp412/c? 3k yes 3k

Cost of a major in a tr 6-8k ; all the rest is much cheaper...

The tr is not that expensive to maintain; just needs time and passion to do so;)

So you're going to sell a car because it could take "months" to get the title sorted out. Yeah...way more to the story here.

Flood damage car? Title washed? What was the issue?

...as far as part and service costs, you knew what you were in for from the 355. So, I don't think that's the real issue.

Official Rolex and LV dealers don't sell used products. Car dealerships do.

According to Mr Wonder, and as spotted by Parnelli, the dealership never owned the car and Mr Wonder (the owner) said the original owner on the title has agreed to purchase the car back...

Yeah, I wonder what the real story is. It's almost winter anyways, what's a few months wait. I'd wait six months for a title. It's worth it. jeez.
