Advice needed on f12 purchase

I have never owned a Ferrari but in the processes of trying to acquire an f12. I'm not to worried about resale as I have always kept and driven all of my other cars. I'm torn between two cars... One is rosso maranello(2015), the other is Grigio titanium(2016). The titanium has less options and a plain interior Nero wo contrast stitching. The maranello is better optioned and has a 13k higher starting msrp. Both cars have similar miles as well. I love both colors. I was hoping to get some advice from members who have had the opportunity to own previous v12....
1. What color looks best to show and reflect the lines in morning and early evening lighting
2. What's a better value w regard to pricing and current warranty, both cars are within 5k of each other, is it better to get the car w 1 yr more warranty (lower msrp)or the higher optioned car w the assumption that I will sell in 10 plus yrs to get a better car. I also realize I can purchase the extended warranty which I would do if the better deal is to get the older car.
3. If my life changes drastically and I have to sell then whic color would be easier to unload
