    Gents,

The time has come for me to let my baby find a new home. I've normally bought/sold 'normal' DD cars privately in the past. Anyone do so with a F-car in the GTA or other area? Any advice you have for me as I start to think about it and plan? Or am I best served by handing the keys to a dealership and selling my baby on consignment?

Would love all your feedback and advice.

I wouldn't hand over the keys. Ferris Bueller
I've had good luck with auto trader & Kijiji. Sold an Fcar on each. No fees either. Just ignore the guys who reply and try to sell the car for you (big scam)
My only thought is that you don't have the time for tire kickers & test pilots. If you must consign the car, see if you can have it displayed in their indoor showroom.

Daytona auto has sold 3 or 4 360s in the last month alone. You could call Steve there and see what kind of a deal you could get to consign the car. If your car was well maintained then you should have no problem selling it this spring.

Nothing but good rep Steve is a great guy, been in the biz for a long time
The problem with kijji and auto trader is you have to deal with many tire kickers and people that waste your time

    Good luck

This is all great feedback. Thanks very much for all your wisdom.

How many tire-kickers would you expect to get from kijiji/craigslist? I've sold multiple Porsches, a Range Rover, and a bunch of american cars that way and honestly have had very few people just come to kick the tires.

I'll contact Steve, at the very least sounds like it's option worth exploring.

    Thanks again all.

let me sell it for you. You can keep the car with you.

I've sold over 50 cars this way over the last 5 years and seems to work fine for my clients.

    Ask around, i'm sure you'll hear i'm awesome. :)
