So this winter I decided to actually start up my 458 and bring it to operating temp about once every 2 weeks, even though it was on a CTek tender.

About a month ago, just after starting it, it was running rough and clearly no running on all cylinders (or something to that affect), and it popped a warning to bring to dealer... Despite 3-4 additional starts to move the car out of the garage to get to other cars, it continues to start fine, but run rough and the "to see your dealer" warning is popping up on the left screen...

I am assuming there is a sensor that either has gone bad or is out of sync.

Anyone else experience this? Will unhooking the battery, waiting 10 minutes and re-hooking it back up maybe reset anything?

Just trying to avoid dragging it to the dealer....

    Thanks!

    How
    How old is the fuel?
I have had major issues last year with stored cars and bikes and it’s always a fuel issue
Premium unleaded fuel in Oz is rubbish

I agree overall fuel has become little less than pee, but in this case its not fuel. Its a sensor and I am trying to figure out if just a battery re-set will possably cure it

Also, If I do a battery reset, if i remember correctly, I thought there were other things I had to do..?
