Doors closed, e-brake on, key in accessory position (Actually, I prefer to have the car running, to keep the battery topped up, and operating voltage higher). Un-latch the top and push it backward gently (from the center) until you hear a beep, then push the top down switch. Seats should both move forward, then stop, then the top retracts. When the top finishes retracting the seats go back to their original spots and you're done. Well, you put the leather cover on, and then you're done

 

Just to add..

While you unlatch the top and push it back, the other hand should push the centre bar just above your head upwards. You will hear a beep once the top is ready for the electrical movement downwards.

Then follow the above steps.
