Advise needed

Have a Piper Dakota which I have not flown for approx.1.5 yrs. as was involved in an auto accident and lost my left leg below the the knee. Thinking that it would only be a short period of time before I'd be getting along with the prosthesis ,thus flying again it has not happened . Many set backs, complications etc. so now I've desided to get hand controls as can not justify another Spring and Summer without flying. Does anyone know were to purchase hand controls for the Piper Dakota? Information would be greatly appreciated.
