Several years ago I upgraded to the AEC103A ignition boxes in my C/4. It has always started and ran very well. It seems to developed a problem with the passenger side bank not firing. In doing some trouble shooting I noticed that the 12v + supply to each box is always hot. This seems odd to me. I would think that this would be a switched circuit. Any thoughts??

Okay....After further testing, I find that it's not constant power to the boxes. It's just continuity that the tester is showing. At any rate, are there any places to have these boxes tested/repaired??

They are difficult to repair because the electronics inside are potted in Epoxy.
Best would be to replace it (if it's indeed malfunctioning). There are a couple threads here with info on how to build other systems inside the AEC103 casing.
