I really really like the Car-Pro line of products but I recently ordered some Aerolon tech based on a recommendation. It seems very easy to use and the results seem to look great. I cannot stand how much buffing/wiping I have to do to get the car completely streak free with Car-Pro. Especially the HUGE carbon fiber hood.

My ceramic coating was done over 3 years ago and the Nero paint is starting to look like hell. I think my microfiber towels are actually scratching it.

Has experience with this product ? Seems pricey but worth it if it works so I will give it a shot.

Dependent on you use and how the car is stored, 99% of ceramic coatings will need re-applying after 2 to 3 years.
From your description it would seem that the paint is now ready for a good detail / machine polish and a new application of ceramic coating.

It most definitely is. I was hoping that this product would be a reasonable gap-filler. I paid $3k for a paint correct and ceramic coating that lasted about 3 years. Having a black car is a chore, I need to wash it at least weekly and it would take forever to wax and buff it out, it is just never perfect. I miss that “piano” look my car had after it was professionally done and this product is super easy to apply and just rinses off.

We will see, I hope to use it tonight and will report back.

I’ve been a happy user for +20 years. It’s an excellent “maintenance” product. It will not revive a tired finish, but will maintain a good polish/ceramic coat. Works great on PPF, too.

My experience has been if you use a ceramic maintenance product after every wash, your coated car will last much longer than three years. Easily five years. That of course, depends on the care of the wash and exposure to the elements etc.
