Now everytime I open the door, the pump will not prime, I will put the key in and here the pump for about 2 -3 seconds then its off, I start the car and it works ok. Before pump failure I would hear the pump almost every time i opened the door, now the only way to make the door start the pump is by manually releasing preasur thru bleed valve. Is this normal? or my car has a wierd issue?

    Thank You

Ive been driving the car and it operates mostly OK. but after driving for a few miles it will go into neutral when I upshift. it is random and the first time it started doing it it did it about 10 times. I got home and from the top bleeder valve close to the pump I attached a hose to the f1 reservoire started the car and opened the valve, I stopped after a few minutes when oil was flowing without any air interruptions.
I drove the car for about 5 miles after this and had absolutly no problems. Yesterday I drove the car for about 30 miles and it did it once mid trip. Any ideas on what should I do, i have no idea whats the remaining life in my clutch but there is no slipping and this was not happening prior to pump failure.

Also it would be greatly appreciated if anyone had any information on why is it that my F1 system is staying preasurized and pump does not need to prime when door is opened? If i were to disconnect the pump and the open the bleeder valve to release oil and then connect to pump and open the door it primes just fine. Conclusion... system is is not losing preasure after driving it. BTW I have not seen any low preasure lights either.

I will appreciate any help in this matter

    Tnak You

from what i was told from norwood performence when you shift and it starts going into neutral it will be time to change the clutch.
