I always change the wheels on my cars to after market and plan on tracking my scuderia. Has anyone installed aftermarket wheels and tracks their car. If yes.... what manufacture did you go with and why ???

Not really an answer to your question, just curious. Why do you 'always' change to after market wheels? Aesthetics? Function?

As far as I know, the Scuderia wheels are pretty nicely suited for track use on that car.

Edit: If aesthetic, why not install a set of whatever you like and keep the stock wheels for the track?

JUST aesthetics..... the function in NEVER the same as OEM... I just like to be a little different...

Going to the track is about the total experience, I look at my cars as moving art... so it is not always how fast you get around the track, but the total experience.. including getting photo's of the car...

    hope this answers your question

On a Scuderia I would go with BBS FI (same as the GTO wheels, but an inch smaller). Look very good on a Scuderia and good weight too.

It does, and I understand where you're coming from much better now. Thanks for taking the time to explain to me.

All the best in the search!

I actually agree with a 2nd set of rims for track use. I'd probably say hre or bbs would be best. Not only do they look great, it's easier to just keep the track tires on the 2nd set since it's easier to change rims vs changing tires. The same goes for winter tires
