I am thinking of using a set of their 360 headers on my 355 to make a custom exhaust. I just want to know of any good or bad experience you guys have had with these headers.

Just to be clear. I am just looking for mechanical comments. I don't care where they are made, or what else you can buy that is better or more expensive options etc. I'm just looking for comments on these headers and their viability for my project.

I want to know if these do the job/hold-up/don't cause any loss of power/fit ok, better than stock, etc. My goal is to create a reliable exhaust that is lighter and gets rid of problematic parts. I am not concerned with making more power, that will just be a bonus. Making less power of course is a concern and needs to be avoided.

    Thanks

I had Agency Power headers installed on my 430. The headers were coated inside and out and appears to be good quality build and light. No issues so far but your car does get much louder especially if you have high flow cats as well.

Can an administrator please fix my title? I meant to say Agency power, not Agent power :)

I see you bought some headers. Excited to see how this project ends up.

Yes! They are going to make me a straight output on the collector instead of the Ferrari style 2 bolt clamp flange. This should be cheaper and easier for me because I can make a slip fit with a band clamp or whatever I want and avoid buying Ferrari gaskets and the mating flange etc. The 355 hardware wont't work as it is smaller from what I can tell. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the primaries clear everything.

I changed my mind on the collector and decided to just get regular 360 headers with the scavenger tubes and the silver coating.

Here is a picture of my headers that they sent me today.

I got the headers today. They look nice. Apparently they are only coating them with black now though. It was nice that I was able to get the mating 360 flange and pipe section so I can easily continue the rest of the exhaust from scratch.

It is getting close to time to decide if I am going to go ahead and do this conversion. It's a tough decision because everything in my exhaust is good and working great and no CEL's. I am about to do the major though, so I have to decide since that would be the best time. The other thing that is looming is that I am already having thoughts of an upgrade to a 360 or even leaping up to a Gallardo LOL (Never satisfied..) I know me and I will end up selling this car and upgrading so I am not sure if an improved lighter more HP exhaust is better or a stock exhaust with the bypass valve and a Tubi is more desirable. Also, do I go through all the extra work if I think I may upgrade to a new model in the near future....?

upgrade to a 360, you'll not regret it. Depending on when that will be though tells you if the headers go in or not I'd say. If its a year away then sling them in and enjoy, if its 3months then I probably wouldn't even bother. Headers look nice though FWIT.

I got the Agency Headers for my 360 6-Speed. I am glad that I checked all of the secondary ports blowing them out with an air gun. Seemed that someone forgot to drill the hole from the main fitting into the air rail after welding. I had to drill it myself!!!! Agency Power just blew me off as it was my problem. Had I did the install and then found the problem I would want to kick someone's a$$.

Now that they are installed, they seem to put out some extra power. Got Kinetix High Flow CATS and FabSpeed muffler. The sound is sooooooooooooo much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good luck with your project

If I don't unbolt the stock headers I won't have to buy all those gaskets and these new headers could go into a 360 :) That is why I changed my original plan just in case and had them build the 360 headers normal instead of without the ferrari flange like I was originally thinking. I wanted these to still be 100% usable in a 360 if I changed my mind or something. It woudn't even be a question for me if there was any issues with my current exhaust, but the car is running and driving great as is and it already has a Tubi muffler and sounds good.

Just checked mine and they are fine. All holes present and accounted for on the air rails.

Well, the Agency Power 360 headers are not going to fit unfortunatly. They do not clear the subframe due to being too bulk where the 4 tubes come into the collector. If they were 4-2-1 headers it might have worked. It was close to working. The good news is that my stock headers seam to still be good. We did not see anything wrong with them using the boroscope and they have not given me any trouble. So, now I have to decide on just using the stock headers or ordering something else.
