Hey guys, Looking for any first hand driving/riding opinions on the new 1000 F4 vs. the 750 F4. I already have a 750 want to get the 1000 to add to the garage. Is it that much different? worth spending the $ on? Any first hand thoughts would be helpful. Regards, Vern

There is a big difference. On the 1000, you can keep the revs 5-8K all day a feel fast. Crank it past 9k and you better have a lot of straight road ahead. On my old 750 you really had to spin the engine past 10k to get real good drive. I had both dyno tuned with RG3, PCIII etc, 750 made 129rwhp, 1000 making 165rwhp. Handling wise fell the same. I think the 1000 engine revs quicker also. You feel like you are using the 1000 less just because it is so much more powerful then the 750. You can stay in one gear usually 2nd for most situations on the road. No track experience.
