    There is a lot written about Air Bag Lights, however I haven't discovered my problem which started with a "beep". I got three short beeps and then quiet for a minute or two then three beeps again and then another 3 beeps and the Air Bag warning light came on after I left my car with a Valet to park it. After I drove it for a few minutes it was quiet and the Air Bag Light went out. I keep my car on a trickle charger at home at all times and have had a yellow top optima battery in for 7 years.

    What's the "Beep"? I did a search and couldn't find a reference to this phenominea

    Pages H38 to H47 in the Work Shop Manual cover diagnosis, with tips on how to short a pin on a plug near the fuse panel in the passenger foot area to read the codes. That or dealer can read with SD1. I noticed one of the 9 possible codes (#7) can be tripped by "low battery voltage". It also mentions that #2 (faulty sensor) which is later described as "ECU inner failure", disappears, then the sensor resets...
