    Years ago when my kids were small I had my mechanic I was using at the time disconnect the air bag in my 99 360. He said it was easy, just unplug the connector under the dash. Can anyone tell me where the connector is located so I can just replug it in? I looked under the dash and didn't see anything unplugged thanks

    There are three wiring connectors - 16C, 17C, 18C - associated with the airbag system. According to the wiring schematic, they are in the vicinity of the steering column. Unfortunately I can't tell you if they are white or gray or black.

    Say, are you the same Wayne Mello that ran with Doug Hayashi in Pulp Racing?

    I'll go back under and check them out. Yes I'm the one and only Wayne from the cheating bastards at Pulp Racing ;). Doug and I are actually headed out to the gokart track tomorrow for some laps. Kids have taken away our racing budget and our racing time!

    Wayne, airbag system are almost always yellow color. Hope that helps.
