Hello all, My airbag light came on a while ago. I did the procedure in the manual to get the blink codes and it came up as "wrong resistance drivers side airbag" I removed the airbag, steering wheel and clockspring. When I hooked up my ohm meter to the clockspring harness connector there was continuity and .3 ohms resistance on the 200 ohm scale between the two terminals (blue and red wires) (Airbag was not connected). Also I get a resistance value of .6 ohms on the 200 ohm scale when I connect the meter to the air bag connector and the harness connector testing both wires individually. Should I have any continuity between the two wires? It seems to me that I would have a short in the clockspring, or it this normal? Or, should I look for a non airbag steering wheel and put the original set up on the shelf? Ha. Any help would be appreciated, Thank you. Dave
