    The end result looks very good. It was a bit tedious dealing with all of the "knockouts" on the stencil on the letters like "a" "o" etc. as many had to be placed on the airbox manually as they are so small that they stick to the backing paper. If people are interested in getting a stencil, my co-worker will make one for you for $25 (if there's a response and interest, she will put them on e-bay and I'll let everyone know the listing title) - This is not a hard project but requires a bit of patience because, as you can imagine, if you mess it up, it's back to square one

    I never had any luck with spray painting. I could not get the stencil to sit flush down on the wrinkled paint because well, it's wrinkled and therefore bumpy. The white paint would bleed beyond the edges making it look fuzzy. A friend gave me his silkscreen set up and with my daughter the expert at silkscreening, it turned out really well.
