air dam

I was backing out of a parking spot today when the front end hit the ground and the air dam came down. It did not completely come off but was hanging down and held in place in only one corner.

I managed to fasten it temporarily back in place but I need to address the issue. It is off the ground but visibly lower than appropriate.

Given the low height of these cars I would think this is not an unusual event.

Does anyone have any thoughts?
