Your psi is too low and it is not acceptable to leak it all in 10 minutes. Look for old hoses, broken bits. Do a vacuum test on each section to find what is causing the leak.

Many thanks, will do. Any idea what psi reading I should be getting. Many of the hoses are just pushed on without any clamps so they could leak I guess

15 psi. The valves actuate at about 10 psi so you need a little head room. By the way, the source of the vacuum is the engine with the cam timing done correctly. The vacuum is drawn in at the intake throttle bodies and those need to be adjusted correctly. The vacuum also feeds the dual fuel regulators so those also have to also behave.

Cheers yelcab. The car just had a full engine out service so I hope it’s just one of the check valves that’s bad. The engine is running perfectly and idles the best it has in the 17 years I’ve owned it ,
Is the 15 psi you mention at idle or after its build up via driving?

I suspect it’s not a check valve but a hose

Yep, It looks like the hose that runs from the T piece to the vacuum can has been replaced with a slightly larger ID. It rotates freely on the T piece. I'm going to buy new hoses and check valves so its all fresh
