    Any recommendations on how to improve the appearance of the crinkled finish on my air plenum?

    Silver wrinkle is not available in the US in either paint or powder coat. I paint the entire thing in Red wrinkle, then mask and lightly paint over the red in silver just enough to get good coverage.

    The correct silver wrinkle is available in Italy but is not EPA compliant so it cannot be imported.

    I dont have a picture of the plenum but here are valve covers done the same way.

    And step one before it is cured and wrinkled.

    Thanks. Do you know the brand name of the correct silver wrinkle in Italy? I have a cousin that lives in Polermo.
