I always thought that after switching on the airco both the pump's coupling should engage and one of the radiator-fans must start rotating.
However both things do not occur so think i have some electrical problem.
As i assume this switching will occur via one ore two relais should I not hear them than? As I do not hear anything.

Can anybody tell me which relais (or motre than one) suppose to be switching?
(and for that matter, can anobode tell me if my asumptions are right anyway)

On a 328 the radiator fans have no connection to the A/C system. One of the major improvements to the 328 was the improved cooling system. One of the modifications was to relocate the A/C condensor out from in front of the radiator. The condensor has its own fan and is triggered by a thermoswitch.

oke! thanks! as there is no condensor before/after the radiator i already wondered why one fan should blow but figured it was probably to make sure enough cooling was provided for the engine (didn't make all that sence but than again with an F you can't rely on commen sense always..:))
