Give me some time and I'll post a photo of my home/hangar at Hidden Valley Airpark. Right now I gotta go take care of some bid'ness.

    Absolutely.
Lived at Sandy Creek Airpark near Panama City - 3000+ x 100 crowned grass - heaven!!

Nothing like that here in SA - at least close by.

There's a fly-in community in Daytona Beach that's pretty nice. John Travolta used to live there until he was kicked out because his 707 was very loud. He moved to Jumbolair, another fly-in community, but in Ocala, FL. Apparently no one else except him can land there. FAA said the runway is in too bad of a condition for takeoff and landings. Cracked asphalt and potholes. I don't remember the FAA report that well...

Amazing - I used to fly in and out of Sandy Creek regularly - small world.

Bet you know Joe Romack don't ya!

Bet you also remember a certain tragic accident up on I-10 around Crestview back then.

    Yes.
    It was so sad.

I had my own version of a tragic accident between Crestview and Milton in 1995, but that's another story for another time...
