to me it always looks a little to plumped up or bloated. can someone post a picture of its replacement, the one w/ the v10 engine? now that is very lean looking in the tradition of past italian exotics.

There is no 8C replacement, let alone with a V10.

You might be thinking about the 4C. Which, as the name implies, is 4-cylinder (1750cc), and is mid-engined (transversely mounted). Exact power figures not declared yet (just a generic "200+ bhp" for now), will be very light. It's also a lot smaller and will be a lot cheaper than an 8C.

there was a concept car at pebble beach with a v10(viper) engine. looked great in person, so there is something floating around out there. maybe it was from one of the design houses. i have it on my iphone and can text/mail it to anyone that can post it here.

It's the TZ3. I like the Maserati engined TZ3 Corsa version but do not like the Viper version very good.

That is the TZ3 Stradale from Zagato, they will make 9 of them. Not an "official" Alfa :)

I agree to that! The 8C is a keeper and long worth its value... Plus the sound note is simply unique!
