Gregor Fisken has had one for a while. I don't see the one at Continental on their site - if they truly have one, I'm interested.
Yes they do. It says it's racing spec, but street legal. $380,000!! wow. It's listed under Collectors cars.
Gorgeous car, this should work as a direct link... http://www.continentalautosports.com/inventory/details.aspx?id=NLIL0007.5/83851
When I was working for Mr. Garry Roberts ,he had a TZ that might even be this car. It had been siting for quite a while and he had me make it a runner. The car was way,too cool.It is very very light weight and the engine is a monster. The thing that I remember the most is hauling down PCH towards Huntington beach with the (Windows?) open/off and the accumulation of dust that collected while sitting was blowing violently around the cockpit and into my eyes.A great, great car.
More than likely a street motor substituted for the original, to save wear-and-tear on that rare and expensive original motor.
TZ 1's never came with twin plug heads. Only GTA's and TZ 2's came with them. Later on, a lot of TZ1's got converted which is why you see some with twin plug heads.
