anyone know when or if alfa is going to sell cars in the states again.
Here in Mexico the importer of the Ferrari`s sell them...i dont know if you could buy one here and then shipped it to Ohio.
Well you arent missing much, I am a Alfa fan but this current Alfa range leaves much to be desired. Sure the cars looks great but sadly thats where it ends.. Test drove the following Alfas: Brera 2.2 and 159 3.2 V6. 1 Brera Walking up the car one has to admire the styling, well proportioned and much more pretty than anything out of Germany however...open the door, sit down on the seat and it goes south very quickly....no headroom, I am 5.8 and felt uncomfortable. Look at the back seats and why the bothered I dont know, my seat wasnt far back and it was against the back seat, no legroom at all. Seats themselves are hard and uncofortable and when you drive you fall out of them due to lack of side bolstering. 2.2 liter engine is very poor, not much power at all, TC fitted and I dont know why because it would be almost impossible to induce wheelspin. Gearbox is ok and steering has decent feel, handling seems ok but the packaging of this vehicle and its performance meant I wasnt all that impressed. 2: 159 V6 Much better interior, more space, V6 sounds ok, much more grunt than the 2.2 4 cylinder but still not that impressive, no real pull, not helped by the 4x4 drivetrain Much better than the Brera but doesnt handle as nicely but again looks stunning...
