Exactly correct. But we re-cycle our own water here through mum's stocking over the end of the taps. Sometimes, the water looks brown and tastes nutty. Just like the water in Toowoomba.
Cant say I totally agree goober, as ive never tasted the water in Toowoomba. Our water level crisis here isnt too bad. They have water restrictions ect....on watering lawns and crap. The lake got down to around 18% here a few years ago and they started sacking guys at the mines because they could not do their job, with the town's low water level. But when we have a good rain season, of around 10 days, it fills the lake and we are right again for another few years. Maybe moretti will give you a better water crisis analysis from the GC. They will probably cop it there 1st...
Jeeze, good old Lake Moondara down on water....bummer...I can only think what it's doing to the fishing and cry. Those poor perch and barra dying from dehydration rather then getting caught and enjoyed.
Can we have our thread back? We're not making the exact dates public, but its in August sometime. I think you might be a bit late if you want to join now.....but stranger things have happened.
