All guages dead and constant beeping

On F355 Spider - I have swapped relay P and Q and inspected fuse #12. Swapping P & Q had no change and fuse #12 checked ok. Where else do I look?

History - The only thing is about a month ago - the same beeping occured for about a minute and then the Red Air Bag Warning light came on and then went off after about a minute. I drove the car about three times since and one other time the beeping happened and the red air bag warning light went on again and then went off. I replaced the battery with a new optima just for insurance and then trickle charged it after reading horror stories about the cost of the airbag ECUs going bad on low voltage. Then all of a sudden yesterday I get in it and its beeping on start-up and I drove it and then noticed all the guages were dead and pkg brake and other warning lights were out.

I'm taking the car to Ferrari of Seattle next Wednesday unless someone is able to help me on here. I can't believe I'm the only guy who has had this failure.
