    Hey Lash - I have been to Autobahn several times. They do have two tracks but they are shorter in length than Allsports track. Carts seem pretty consistent and are kept in good condition. They do a very good league business so be careful about just coming up for a drop in session week nights.

    What a shame. Planned to have my kid take the kid's school this winter or when he matured enough. François is great teaching children and helped my nephews get their start in karting and now real cars.

    Man, that sucks! I wish I'd gone there more often, but I always had a blast when I did go.

    I am really fond of Allsports and the experience there.

    How strict are the staff at Autobahn? I've heard that they can remotely control and limit kart power if there is any foul play.

    I can see the need to stop people from hitting each other but would be disappointed if that happened to someone who is hitting the barriers on an "exploration" lap.

    Any thoughts?

    They can remotely control the karts. They are controlled on the in and out laps. I have only been there once but didn't have any issues and we certainly were being a bit aggressive.

    I have been there several times and have been in some good duels. Never been "turned off". I think as long as they see you are not working the cars into each other or continually bashing barriers they will let you run.

    Let me know when you are coming up. I would be happy to join you. Perhaps one Sunday after a quick blast through western Howard county after church (of the Holy Donut).

    We should organize another FChat relay race. I remember an event at allsport, maybe 10 years ago that was a blast.

    I still have my first place trophy if someone wants to challenge me and my team.

    Autobahn just opened a new place in the White Marsh / Essex area. Brand new karts might be fun.

    I will check out Autobahn this weekend to see what it is all about.

    I would recommend 355Dreamer and BB55 get everyone wasted before the race to ensure victory!
