    hi everyone, people may or may not recognize my profile but anyway i can not wait for "car season" to start and school to be over. i hope to meet some people this summer and maybe even take some photos. anyway i need a little help.

    because of what i use my site for i can not really share photos with people the way that i would like. so i desided to make a gallery that will have 1600x1200 photos within.

    as of right now there are only 5 but that is were i need the help of everyone. Smugmug has a new rating tool and i am going to use it to help me make my decisions on what to offer, so look though the galleries and if you see one you like just click the green thumbs up. or just let me know in here either the file name or a car and i will see what i can do

    the car season is just about to start for me so this will not be as big of a deal becuase i will just post a few new ones from every event. my goal is to have at least 20 photos in the folder at all times with some were around 3-5 photos changings perday.

    It looks like you take some nice pictures... but i have a hard time liking smugmug.

    to me, sharing the enthusiasm isn't about having huge watermarks all over... that is just too often, and too common.

    I do believe I have seen you at a couple events last year.... it was a Nikkon D70, or D70s you were touting if I recall correctly.

    ya i have a d70, what events?

    ya that is why i dont like smugmug either, i am going to keep using it for this summer and if sales dont go up then i am doing to ditch it and make a site like my old one (stoped working and the people would not respond to emails)

    one more thing, i was looking at your site and nice stuff. i never like watermarks either untell people started to use my photos with out asking.

    i would like to try and get back to having more photos to share with people and that is why i am trying to make some gallerys with photos people can save, but at the same time camera gear is not cheap and i need to help pay for my schooling.

    one of the concours events; i think the Meadowbrook one for sure. I have a Canon 20D... but then so do a lot of people.

    thanks for taking a look... i feel pretty bad about not updating it this past week; but I've been swamped with work for a project due tomarrow morning.

    my site is not professional by any means; and isn't to where i want it yet. Your site is nicely laid out, i have to tell you.

    about camera equipment, your are definatley right, its damn expensive... i think i ought to have enough capitol in my business(es) to buy an L lens or two by the end of the month... after that, then it looks like some "portable studio" stuff is on the way.

    what lenses are you currently using?

    right now i have the d70 with nikon 70-200 2.8 VR and the nikon 24-120 ? VR

    i spent all my money to go to london this spring so i need to work some shows then i will most likly get another d70/d70s or i will get a very wide angle lens. i am not even sure if i will buy either though as there is not a very big point to as they will not really make me more money.

    there is a good chance this will be my last summer really taking photos at different events all over because i will have a internship next summer then i will probly be working 80+ hours a week. i am happy enough with what i have that i may not get anything new.

    latly i have been writing alot in my posts... not really sure why
