    Here they are! My girlfriend and I went to the ALMS race @ Mid Ohio last weekend and had a great time. It was her first race so I was a bit nervous she wasn't gonna like it that much, but she LOVED it, and wants to go to more races (and now has a HUGE crush oh Patrick Long). We camped at the track, and our tent was maybe 200 feet from the track which was fun (that's our tent in the bottom right corner of that camping pic), except for it was was freezing at night.

    I didn't go too crazy on pics because 1. I didn't want to annoy the hell out of Shelby and 2. I didn't have a telephoto lense, so I only had my 18-55mm lense to work with.

    Fantastic pics .. I think you did a stellar job with the 18-55. The race track looks like it has a lot of photographing potential. I need to go there one of those days.

    By contrast the Houston track has too many fences and walls - diificult to take good pictures there.
