You will notice that despite multiple references to "kicked his ass", that term hasn't been mentioned once prior to the Alonso supporters bringing it up.

Afraid? Sounds more like you don´t think much of Schumacher but the rest of the world is fully aware of the talent he possesses.

If he would have driven for Ferrari today these words would not come out of your mouth that´s for sure.

Michael is still Michael, meaning he is one of the biggest talents the sport has ever seen.
Just because he had a easy year with new tyres and a car that doesn´t suit his driving style doesn´t mean his wack or lost it.

Alonso is a world champion, he´s not afraid of nobody. It sounds more like he doesn´t underestimate Schumacher like many including you do.

Alonso is a smart person and a very focused person, why would he be afraid of anybody?
Ferrari is not gods team (no i´m not religious) nor have they won the WDC title the past what 2 years?

Right now, there´s no team that´s above any other team. Since history doesn´t mean squat when the car isn´t competitive.

The first race will lay all the cards on the table. Before that it would be silly to just assume Ferrari is the ****.

 

Makes sense. This year Schumacher will have the benefit of driving a car he helped develop and he'll be more in shape after the 1 year break in period of returning to f1. I don't think age matters for someone like MS as he was always a fitness fanatic. The cars are more about technology anyway put a good driver in a great car and he'll be at the front of the leader board.

 

+1 when he had to compete equally he folded like a beach chair and went back to RENAULT? Rather than stay and face LH and be in a far superior car. Instead he left. Bottom line, FA is a quitter.

Heck even SANTANDER stayed and rode out their contractual obligations. Actions speak far louder than words and LH sent Alonso out the door. Those are the facts and they are not in dispute.

Well clearly they have not. It was only last year that Alonso was whining like an Fchat F1 section poster. When during a race he asked over the radio "what position is Lewis". If you can recall his race engineer had to remind him to keep his mind on the job and not were lewis is positioned.
This is far from being forgotten.
