And, when he does try and pass anyone, he gets told off anyway None taken. "When the flag drops, the BS stops". I'm (somewhat) confident the young lad isn't going to show him the way this season. Incidentally, Pirelli are doing F1's first ever night & wet test right now in Abu Dhabi. Real testing begins (I cannot wait!) in Valencia on Feb 1st. I think we're all going a little stir crazy right now Cheers, Ian
Not surprised. Schumacher is IMO the best F1 driver of all time. Yes, he has gotten older, but as mentioned if he is in a good car he could challenge for the title. He will always be my favorite driver as he was unstoppable for Ferrari in the late 1990's to mid 2000's....
Nico Rosberg says Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso's recent declaration that the German's Mercedes team-mate Michael Schumacher was his "most dangerous" rival in 2011 was "a bit strange. Why would he not say Red Bull were his biggest rivals? That would be so obvious." Full story: Auto Motor und Sport (in German)
Nico should learn to read. I think there is a big difference between "most dangerous" and "biggest." I think that FA was implying that Mercedes/MS could be a wild card that would be a dangerous threat to the status quo of McLaren, Ferrari and Red Bull at the top.
Could be right, but FA knows what could happen if Schu is in a competitive car. On another note, I was watching Schu's 2010 Suzuka Quali lap yesterday evening. You won't find a cleaner lap with greater turn-in speed. Too bad the car sucked!
Too right. The proof is in the product. Lots of good teams trying drastic things this year. Someone will be a wild card.
