    What are some natural alternatives to sugar??

    I switched to diet drinks (Diet 7UP and Diet Pepsi), but they don't seem to suit me well. (I think it caused my kidney stone last month)

    I was thinking of using "AGAVE".


    Anyone here tried it??

    I've been using Agave Nectar for about three years now. I usually buy the Madhava brand. We made Margaritas with it in March and it added a whole new depth of flavor. It dissolves really nicely in a cold too.

    I guess I'll be the jerk and suggest "no sugar"! ;)

    I cut fructose corn syrup completely out and reduced "unnecessary" sugar from my diet and I feel ten times better (all the sugar spikes in your day are hard to detect until they're gone). It's also been the difference between being a touch pudgy and fairly lean as well.
