my boxer carb broke my alternator ( three times) no more charge red light dont off need to change the alternator any idea ?

run 600km to Le Mans Classic , stop the car , run again to park better ,stop car under high sun run again 3 hours later to go on the track , alternator broken ! too warm ? bad ground somewhere ? something worse under foot passenger ? thanks
Hi French Boxerfan, do you mean that the belt broke or did the mounting break or the power just stopped (resluting in red lamp) ? What kind / type of car and can you post a picture to help us see something of the problem please...?
