    Wow....5 out of 9 did not do the service as charged. Makes you wonder when you take any car in for service, regardless of the shop.

    I was stuck in one up in Sacramento for a couple of hours several years back and not one person got out with just an oil change. Each customer was told they also needed a fuel filter, tranny flush, whatever. Not sure why anyone would bother going to a place that has upsell as their main objective.
