    Has anyone every purchased a laptop from Amazon?

    I know pricing is great, but what repairs or warranty calls for repair?

    They have great prices on a laptop I am interested in, but I do want "Accidential Damage Protection".

    Any feedback would be welcomed!!!

    Yes, Tiger Direct had a HP laptop I wanted. Searched the model # & found it on Amazon. Sold by Tiger Direct through Amazon so I got to use Amazon gift card codes to knock it down and paid with Amazon Visa to rack up Amazon points. Zero problems with order or laptop.

    Yes. They are great at packaging it nicely. If anything is wrong with it, Amazon will most likely step up to the plate to help accommodate you.

    Only issue last I checked is if u return it they will take a % so no full refund if you don't like the laptop

    I've bought my last 3 or 4 laptops from the Dell outlet. (sort of tucked away on the dell website). Never had a need for service. Mine last about 3 or 4 years of use in a motorcycle shop, and get hauled back and forth every day.

    I would checkout the Microsoft Store too.

    I bought my Series 9 for cheaper than I found on Amazon, and it doesn't have any bloatware on it. All computers bought from the MS Store are bloatware free.
