Correct, it was absolutely sensational. You arrive at a traffic light here in Amelia/Fernandina Beach and from every corner comes at least one ot these Beverly Hills Mustangs.......Thrilling! Marcel Massini

Mr. Massini, Thank you for the updates!! This is fascinating information for all of us who arent able to make it. I had musical engagements today and tomorrow or I would have loved to have made the drive simply to meet you face to face!! Seeing the cars would have been secondary!! PDG
Correction: The 400 SA in Amelia Island is not the ex-Harrah car but another one. Apologies for the previous incorrect information. More soon. Marcel Massini
Just left the show. Some amazing cars. Finally got to see a 250 GTO in person. The Shelby Daytona Coupe. Aston Martin Zagato. Awesome experience. Will post pics later.
Just back from the show, wow, it's a bit overwhelming at the variety of cars on display and some really rare ones at that. I'm downloading my photos now, ao I will post a few later.
Some of my favorites from the show, quality isn't great since they were just my phone. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

I am confused because someone on here said they were showing last year's pictures. Anyhow I thought he was in the possible with broken ribs, contracted in a fall. It's great he could make the event if he did.
I know they were celebrating the fifty years, but I didnt hear of him being there. Lots of other cool stuff and people were though. Seeing the Chapperel 2J was cool, idiot me didn't take a pic. Seeing the Daytona Coupe and the GTO's was the highlight for me. But I really like the prewar cars too. Actually everything was cool
We had to leave earlier than expecting due to a 7.5 month pregnant girlfriend, but we made the 4+ hour trip to see the GTO's, and boy oh boy, they didn't disappoint! 500 photos to go through starting right....... NOW!
Good seeing you again Peter. Can't wait to see the pics you have, good luck with the little one, be right after Daytona right?
Thanks man, you too! We're due on May 26th, so we have about a month after Daytona/Celebration. She won't be coming to that. See you next month!
Just walked in the door from the show. What a great time.It was the first time I was invited to show a car. What a thrill to drive your car on to the show field. It was quite an experience. The old girl (1927 Amilcar CGSs) didn't win anything but I had a terrific time anyway. Boy am I pooped! Time for bed.

Thanks for the very nice pix. Amelia Island was great. The serial number of the black 400 SA with pumpkin interior is 5131 SA, restored by Chuck Wray and Kendall Merritt (son of Ferrari legend Richard F. Merritt) at DEW Motorcars in Sterling, VA. Marcel Massini
Wow. What a show! Really no way to take in the vast number of spectacular cars in one day. Great setting, great cars, great people.....just an A+ all the way around. I will upload some pics as well shortly. For those that attended, what was your pick for People's Choice Award?
Thanks, Marcel. I know I missed several noteworthy cars, but there was just too much to see in one afternoon plus make a 3 hr+ drive home. I may plan to make a two or three day event if I attend a future show. There were a lot of competition cars I completely overlooked as I was headed for the GTO"s. I was so tired by 2:00, I completely forgot to vote, but I would have chosen one of the Cadillacs at their display. Can someone give me the serial number of the GTO number eleven?
Preston Henn's 275 Comp Speciale was a big favorite, also David Sydorick's Aston Martin DB 4 GT Zagato.
As the folks at Amelia can attest, the FF really is 4WD! Not my photos: http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/431357_10150668233133256_81759638255_9393749_1100999487_n.jpg http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/424914_10150668234953256_81759638255_9393774_1805129935_n.jpg
