    I have some "invitations" to the American Le Mans Festival of Speed. This is in invitation only event, tickets are $85 a person / $160 a couple.

    This is a fund raiser for the World Financial Center Arts & Events Program and it being thrown to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Rolls Royce and 50 years of Ferrari in the USA. The event will feature:

    - Pit Stop Demo at Noon
    - Cocktail Reception at 7p with the ALMS Drivers
    - Some ALMS Show Cars (No word on the 575s, but definately the Audi R8)

    That's about it. I'm gonna wander down in the AM and try to catch the demo, but I cannot make the evening portion of the show.

    More info:

    As part of this event, from 10am - 8pm on the same day (30th) there's an informal display of exotics in the Winter Garden Plaza of the World Financial Center, and that's open to the public.

    There should be some nice cars there -- DB9 (coupe and conv.), Continental GT, some Lambos, Ferraris, etc.

    BUT -- most importantly, the dead-sexy Gotham Dream Cars 360 Modena will be on display as well (as well as the dead-sexy Gotham Dream Cars owner).

    So definitely come by, say hello, and keep me company...!
