I've looked into black card. Not worth it. There really aren't any CC's worth a high fee anymore. The perks just aren't there.

Don't get it for the magazine anymore; they announced the BLK and PLT card magazines (Departures/Centurion) are canceled. ;)

I like that no one noticed that this was a 12-year-old thread.

Prob only worth it if you actively use the concierge (assuming centurion concierge is much better than plat). Other than that the plat is great & lowkey.

From my research it used it be much better, but now it’s essentially the same.

I wouldn't say it was necrothreading, as it got bumped as a update.

My comment wasn’t on necromancy; it was on attention to detail and timeliness.

So you are intimating that some people here are not as observant as you? Wow, go pat yourself on the back, if it makes you feel better about yourself.

    That was unnecessary.

And an odd display of psychological projection.

If you have a Centurian card, pay attention to the perks they currently have for members. Not too shabby.

The best quality card I ever had was the JP Morgan Ritz card (Discontinued) - the heaviest card on record at 28g. You could take an eye out with it. It was literally double the weight of the Centurion, which is a measly 14g.

My favorite card is the JP Morgan "Palladium" Reserve (27g)

The Dubai card is the most exclusive, but it's very ugly in my opinion

I was offered the palladium card as most of my $ sits at JPM. Same perks more or less as amex platinum. I saw no reason to switch.
