I know this problem has been addressed many times and many of you have posted great ways to repair the door connector. The door connector on my 348 only has 2 broken AMP connectors and I only want to replace the two that are bad. My question for you is does anyone have a way of getting new connectors? or know of anyone that sells them? I have searched all the old threads and the internet with no luck. I know some day I will have to replace the connector and hardwire the door but for now I can live with the connector repair. The weather is starting to get nice here in NY so I want to be out driving not taking the car apart. Thank you in advance for any help.

I looked for a replacement some time ago and couldn't find anything either. I managed to get the part number off of it, but I think
AMP stopped making it some time ago.

OK I called the company they said they have the pins and the tool but they need the number off the plastic connector. Do any of you know the number on the AMP connector??

after checking the AMP number on the connector, the company told me they are not avaiable any more. Do any of you have another place that has them, I even offered to send him one so he could match it up but he stated there are to many and that was impossiable. Any ideas?

I'll see if I can dig it up again, but it's been awile. The number is right on the connector but it is small and hard to find.
