An experience with "Musclehead"

I read this forum every once in a while and I remember the big thread about the cop on the pal parkway... anyway, two nights ago I drove up to the Alpine entrance to the boat basin (right by the PP police station). Seeing that it was closed, we went to turn around, me in my s2000 and my friend in his 240sx. I did a k turn, but my friend went to the little circle by the police station entrance. A big cop (most likely musclehead) comes out of the entrance YELLING at my friend to stop. He proceeds to tell him that he smells weed and can see it in my friends eyes. Keep in mind we were doing NOTHING wrong... no fast driving, no reving, no burnouts and no drugs. He then makes my friend get out of the car and starts yelling at him to "give it up" or he's going to jail, and that he's going to search the car. My friend tells him to go ahead and is visibly shaken at this blatant harassment. The cop continues to yell at him asking things like "why are you so nervous". Finally screams to get the hell out of here and that the boat basin is closed -- as if we didnt know that and werent already leaving. He proceeded to follow us for a few miles.

This made me SO mad, that a cop can harass us for absolutely no reason. Did you guys ever file a complaint???

Sounds like our friend to me....these guys really need to get a life...they give cops a BAD name.

 

somebody needs to have a recording device and go there on purpose to catch this *******. Camcorder would be good

 

Yet another complaint should be filed. They can't ignore the blatant issues that this officer has and when the **** really comes down on him, it will be in all of our best interest if he already have a fat file of complaints.
