*cough* Noble M600: CF body, 650 hp, 1250 kg. +/- And also half the price of a CTR3.
As previously stated (by a journalist); someones brand snobbery will cost them one of the best drivers cars ever made (hinting to the M600) :) My favorite "underdog" performance car!

    CTR3 and Yellowbird test drive...

CTR's are legendary cars, my favorite is the CTR2 - best of the aircooled Turbos:

I love the CTR1 and CTR3. But yes, 600k Euros for a super fast Cayman is a lot. How are they doing in the used market?

it might look slightly like a cayman, but it is 911 up to the A frame, then they did all their own work and design. the gt1 like air intake, the carbon body, the massive brakes, etc etc. all bespoke. btw, there are only 21 built in the world, so i doubt too many are making it to the used market anywhere.

I like the looks of it. It has some CGT and still some 911 in it.

Ah, we live in the golden age of fast cars. Let us hope it continues.

A 996 Turbo can be had for little money these days.

Decent engine work, suspension work and aerodynamics, perhaps a GT2 cage and GT3 club sport seats.

Call it £25k for the 996
£20k engine work (a full 850hp kit + fuelling etc)
£15K on KW suspension, stiffer ARBs, Alcon monobloc 6 pots and Image 18'' billet wheels + tires
£10k on 911 RSR kit (ESTA INTERNATIONAL - Porsche 996 GT3 RSR Style) and repaint
    £5k on interior/miscellaneous.

£75K for a seriously quick road/track car. Not much will keep up with that.
