    If I recall correctly the base version of that phone was close to $900 new. Great phone. I almost bought one after my 8890. Gold is way to "bling" for me.

    Aren't the Vertus even more than that?

    It looks a little like the older Nokias. I would like a new quad band GSM version of the old Nokias I had when the digital phones first came out. I had some that were great and always worked. My new phones are crap. My Treo will not even stay on.

    Maybe I could understand the price giving it's gold (plated?) and diamond encrusted... but all those "Sayn Design" logos just remind me of some cheap free company branded give aways. Ugh...



    Yes... often WAY more.
