I have the sadness to inform you that Monsieur RUF is dead, after a long illness.
What a bad new for all those who love his 1/43 work on AMR kits and build models!
    He will miss !

Very sad news indeed. He was a pioneer on the top end handbuilt model scene. For three decades he was an unprecedented example for the present modelmakers like BBR etc., including your own models. May he rest in peace.

Wow....I had just corresponded with him about his 250 GTE models, maybe a few months ago at the most. \
God Bless and Rest in Peace.

In the meantime, drive your Ferraris, boys and girls. Can't take them with you.

That is terrible news. I had only recently started carrying his line of models. He was just starting to go into the 12th scale market. His loss will be tremendous. I am very sorry to hear this news.

I'm very sorry to hear this. AMR made the most wonderful kits. He will be missed by model enthusiasts all over the world.

    May he rest in peace.

I used to semi-professionally build model and the AMR & Pheonix were some of the best, I still have about 8 kits i havent built. I will miss him, hopefully he is sitting next to Enzo discussing the merits of his models. Rest in Peace my Friend
