Andreas, I see your car is at Ed's. I moved it indoors last nite when we left the shop; sounds real good! Yep, my MB is still there keeping it company, plus John K's new RR Corniche. Sheesh, my cars sit outside while your cars are kept inside????
Thanks a lot! Your next drink is on me. Not sure how much water that scruffy roof would hold. I'm also relieved you haven't torn me or the car to shreds with a sarcastic comment. Believe me I'm getting them already from a bunch of my buddies. Ed is such a great guy to work with. Everywhere else I go the mechanics just scratch their heads and look at me with big eyes whereas his attitude is "no problem, we can do that". Also the guy he knows for leather interiors will eventually get a visit from me. When I looked at that Imperial I was thoroughly impressed. Could use some of his help for the dash etc.
Once the car is in a LOT better shape I do plan on taking it to Miami for a personal reenactment. Has anybody an Amiga I could borrow?
