It's that time of year again, where we'll have our annual Ferrarichat F1 food contest: On Friday, October 29 I'll post 18 pictures of food plates. Each food plate represents a menu eaten in one of the countries where F1 raced this year. The first person to correctly ID the food and match them with the particular Grand Prix will win an original F1 Paddock napkin. Rules: You can post as many correct answers as you like, but I will only judge your last post. If you're wrong, you can try again. First one to get it right, will win immunity, err the napkin.
Hehe, no. It was taken straight off a paddock table at the Spanish GP this year. These napkins are btw the same at every GP and say Paddock Club on them. They're made of greyish cloth. Perfect to put a F1 model car on it.
has the napkin been used? Then why would we want it? If it was used we could say "tifosi12 used this to clean his toofies with at the Spanish Grand Prix!" We could pull down 12-14k on eBay. But now we have cloth. Grey cloth at that. O, well.
Come on then! I'm waiting! It's the 29th and it's 9.19am. Jeez, you Americans, I bet you're still in bed!
LOL. Give me another half hour and I'll start posting the pics. Given last year's participation my guess is the contest will be over in less than a couple of hours. But be warned, some items are hard to associate. But hey, it ain't my fault that some countries have more than one GP...
Ok, here we go: Each picture has a number in the lower right hand corner. Your answer needs to say what country that number belongs to: E.g. #4 GP of Switzerland Oh wait, I just gave that one away, darn... Good luck everybody!
Sorry pal, it is an open contest. I will only accept entries posted on the forum here. It is a bit like playing Mastermind...

You threw me for a loop there giving the answers in chronological, but not numerical order. Anyway, good, but no cigar either.
Ignore my previous message. I got confused by the order of your answer. You did get Australia right of course. Sorry bout that.

In general: There are enough clues to get about 16 out of 18 right. There are two where you basically have to flip a coin. Once a solution has been found, I'm happy to elaborate.
