I've scoped out what will be a very challenging route with lots of open roads with lots of twisties!!! If you were on the Fall Drive then you know what I mean ... Directions will be handed out to all prior to departing... We don't want anyone getting lost... We will end at the famous PB Dye Golf Club for lunch...

This is the yearly Rennlist Spring Meet... The clubs invited are Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus, BMW, Audi along with 6Speedonline, AbsolutelyDriven and of course Rennlist... Last Spring we had 103 cars at the meet... We hope to top that number this year...

So far the long-range weather forecast is looking GREAT... But with the way the weather has been this spring, you never know... Let's keep our fingers crossed...

    Hope to see you there...

We invite the Lambo's too but they won't show up if there's a chance of rain within a month of the event, j/k...

    Wetpet..

You guys should come out to this, Bull puts together a very nice run!

I did this one last year, then along with a couple other F-chat guys did the run with Bull to Summit Point for the PCA Club Race... we ad a ball. Nice roads, excellent directions, reasonable speeds... uh, but if you needed more it was available!

It was really fun to see a certain Challenge Stradale driver show a TT what "challenge" really means!

Thanks Paul, the run to Summit Point was a blast... FYI, I'm putting that together again this year and Gina will once again be fixing lunch for everyone... And who knows, by then Gina may be even driving a F-car... You know her, she changes cars every 6 months...

By the responses I've received for the Spring Event we may top 200 cars... The drive I have planned for everyone is awesome... In fact, I'm taking the CTD (Crash Test Dummy) Group out tomorrow to run next Sunday's tour route... We just couldn't let such a nice weekend go to waste... Speaking of weather... Here's the weather forecast for next Sunday...

    Sunday, Jun 1
    High: 69 °F RealFeel®: 69 °F
    Sunshine

I LIKE IT !!!!!!! Gina and I hope to see everyone next Sunday... It's always great to see old friends and meet new ones...

It's looks like the weather for the Annual Spring Event is going to be spectacular... This is an excellent opportunity to come out and meet fellow sports car enthutiasts... Many come to the meet only and don't make the drive... Some come to the meet & drive and can't stay for the lunch... All are welcome and NO RSVP IS NECESSARY... Hope to see you Sunday

thanks for the invite. not going to be able to make it. I have to have one weekend without a car event this summer. this is the weekend. I'll probably start a fight over this, but i'm pretty much done with the 200 car "drives". Car shows i like 100's of cars. car meets and drives, not so much anymore.

As best as I could tell my friend and I were the only F-cars there today (mostly Porsches and some BMWs). ?Should I have driven my 993 instead. But everyone was nice and the drive was incredible. The route was tremendous with lots of twisty rural roads without many other cars. The drive lasted 90 min and if anyone wants to arrange an informal F-car re-enactment I have the route and would love to do it again. Once the 90 min drive was over we were only 30 min max back home as it ended close to 270.

Here's a link to some pictures of the day... More to follow... I thought there would be more F-cars too... The routes I design are usually tailor made for them... Little traffic, lots of twisties with a mix of nice straight aways... http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=129548
