Does anybody know a good place that does anodizing and has a mail service (I mail part to them, they mail it back when finished). I want to get the front grille on my 328 anodized.

Keep in mind you will need to have the old ano stripped off.

Thanks for the lead. Have you had them do any work for you? If so, I assume it was good....

There is no anodizing on the original part. That's why it starts to look bad and why I want to get it anodized.

Are you guys referring to the black grill on the front of the 328?. If so let me know how it turns out as I too have been thinking about doing this on my 328.

If you have photos those would be helpful too!..

    Thanks,

    Mike

    Where are you located?

There are TONS of anodizing shops in all cities - I dont think you need to send it off, you should be able to take your pick of 10 shops within an hour drive of you. You should be able to get it done for a lot charge - maybe $150 or so.

I have used them for the last 15 yrs, send stuff there every month. Quality is good, typical lot charge is $100.00 to $150.00 USD. I would be willing to be your liason and insure the quality is good prior to shipping to Germany.
