another "anyone know this 360" thread

Though this is advertised in Ontario, Canada, some of his cars come from the U.S. so I thought I'd ask here. The seller, Vehicle Direct, has some good and bad reviews (bad is generally about trying to get info from the owner, not on the cars themselves). Anyways, it seems like a good price, but I wonder if it has been modded too much (probably a personal taste thing).
