Yes I was given a ticket in Illinois for speeding. I am looking for lawyer to hire and just get the damn thing dropped. Who do you guys use out there? I am from Seattle and want a good solid attorney that can take care of this. It's better to trust you guys than google or a phone book. Please help! Thanks so much!

39 people have viewed this since yesterday and none of you have a decent ref for me? Is this sector really that WORTHLESS? Midwest lives up to it's stereo types...LOL.

I think I am going to take one for the team, and maybe get myself banned here.

Do you really think that there are attorneys that you throw cash at and then slip some of that money to the judge to fix? Please tell us you are not that stupid to think that attorneys and judges are willing to put there careers on the line for a couple hundred payoff. If you lived in the city, and had some repore with the city prosecutor, thats one thing. I have had many tickets reduced to ten or under or court supervision in my town. Out of state like you got, what do they care, it is pure revenue, your a idiot to think it is going to go away. My guess, you got nailed by a state trooper, you really pulled the wrong snakes tale, thats called a rattle snake, there a little more vicious. So good luck, getting it "dropped" reading from your posts, I don't think your going to have a license when this Bull run is all over.

Oh, when you do find a judge that fixes tickets for $100 let us know, were all interested. Any fool that puts a $100,000 a year job at risk to bail us speeders out is a friend of ours.

Nothing wrong with a little speeding, but my guess you have no concept of were the heavily watched areas are.

I don't think that was her point at all. Although I haven't met parismodel personally, she's a solid friend of many of the WA state Fchat crew.

I read the post asking for a good attorney to help represent her fairly in the courts while she's a long way from home :)

Sorry, I just misunderstood this part of her post:

"I am looking for lawyer to hire and just get the damn thing dropped"

Sorry, I thought that sounded like she wants to get the ticket thrown out.

Out here in Seattle there's an attorney (Jeannie Mucklestone) who is famous for getting speeders off nearly every time. My guess is Ashley is already familiar with Jeannie's reputation and is hoping for someone similar based in Illinois.

While we all have a right to fight speeding tickets (and you should under iffy circumstances), my personaly philosophy is if you know you were caught speeding, you should pay the fine. I hate speed traps and speed cameras (which are both completely evil) but when you're busted, you're busted. Fess up and accept responsibility for your actions with dignity.

Just go talk to the prosecuter, admit that you were speeding and sorry for it. They will usually reduce the fine or take it off your record

Probably one of the more insulting posts I have seen in a long time. Maybe no one wanted to help you because they thought you were annoying.

With that being said........take your stereotype of Midwesterners and stick it......

F car owners on this site for the most part are BORING. Some of you are cool though...and thanks for that!

You want to be lame = buy a lame car. Don't own a ferrari bore the hell out of the world on this site with your "follow the rules" talk and telling me this and that. All I wanted was a ref. Give me one or shut up please. Thank you. :)

Guess the "catching more bees with honey" approach just took a massive flaming nose dive. I never thought that stereotyping an entire section of the country made you not boring and that sticking up to ignorance made you lame..................

That being said, in the same situation, I'd certainly try to get out of the ticket.

Were a little sloooow from the midwest and all. But you do have a wonderful bum and I just wanted to tell you. Could you throw a few picks up in the Bikini section with your bum hanging over the back of a F-car if possible. I would like to politely ask for the boys and myself we would prefer from the neck down photos. Just personal midwestern thing.

Thanks for pointing out the old photos. Do you have any idea how much I got paid to do that bikini shoot? ;)

Yes, I also was a merchandiser for Hooters back in 2001/2002. Anything else you would like to know about my resume? Or maybe you would like to help promote me a bit more by posting a few more photos of me? Thanks so much.

I don't know what you expected for answers. You basically came on here and asked for help. When you didn't get it within a few days (as in you didn't get any responses) you came back and were pretty insulting by throwing down on Midwesterners saying.....

"Is this sector really that WORTHLESS? Midwest lives up to it's stereo types...LOL".

What did you expect for a reaction?? You insulted like 4 states of guys that you have never met.

I guess some of us, having not met you, figured you for a spoiled little daddy's girl (where we suspect the car came from) who has never seen enough of the world to know any better. And by some of the reaction/commentary you have shot back, it is solidifying our beliefs......

How can you claim that FCar owners on this site are boring?? You don't even know us. Especially those of us in this region. You don't know what our drives are like. You know nothing about us.

And in your response, you said........

"You want to be lame = buy a lame car. Don't own a ferrari bore the hell out of the world on this site with your "follow the rules" talk and telling me this and that. All I wanted was a ref. Give me one or shut up please. "

I don't remember anyone telling you to follow the rules. And you said to give you a ref or shutup. I think that's pretty much what happened. You asked for a ref, people didn't have one, so they "shut up". And you came storming back on insulting us for not giving you one. Maybe they didn't have one and were "shutting up".

So, as I sit here tonight in California, full from my sushi at Blowfish on Santana Row, I reflect on how exhausted I am from a few days spent in the "fast paced" life on the West Coast. I long for the simpler days back home in the Midwest. Days of burgers, cows, and cornfields. I can almost picture the relief of getting back to my mundane life where I was able to sit around and stare out at the woods without a thing to do......where I would stare west towards the sunsets and wonder what was out there in the world just over the horizon..........

    Unfortunately, now I know.

Boy I do sure wish I could could get out of this here Meedwest. We's all a bunch of bumpkins I guesses.

Oh wait that's right, Chicago is one of the major cities in the world. We have great universities and major corporations headquartered here. When I go visit my uncle in Newport Beach I fit right in. The midwest is actually a really great place.

Maybe the only stereotype we should talk about is stuck-up "hot" girls.

If Ashley thinks Midwesterners are living up to her stereotype, I'd have to add that she is living up to my stereotype of a T&A model. I would wager a guess that 99% of us Fchatters are hard working guys that just happen to own Ferraris. Most of us have interesting careers with big corporations or are busy running our own businesses. Most are probably married and may even have children. Is any of this boring? Maybe to Ashley but to the rest of us with a few more miles on us than Ashley, we realize this is called "the real world". People who accuse other people of being "boring" are clearly insecure about themselves and their own lives.

Ashley, you should learn to be nicer and more polite to people because you aren't attractive enough to get by on your looks. I don't think you're going to make enough money by modeling to pay for a new Ferrari either so hopefully you have a day job. ;-)

I really don't understand this thread..............

Why would someone ask for help and be so rude? I'm not from the mid-west, I'm from Hawaii.....but, I wouldn't talk bad about any group of people. Further, I know some Paris models, I've used some Paris models........why do you think you are of the caliber of a Paris model? Since you seem to be judgmental, candidly, I think you need some new head shots. I vote for a name change.......

My guess on how much money you were paid? Not a heck of a lot by looking at them, maybe a hundred or two? Most are glamour shots except the boat shot, with Chris Craft on the seat. Are you the Chris Craft model for the brochure? I have a buddy that works for Baja, they get there smoking hot girls from the colleges or friends of employees. I guess they don't pay them anything, it is a honor to be in the brochure.

Here is a guy that threw some bunny ears and a fish net outfit on his girlfriend, I think the proper term would be "she is very healthy" take a look, could you make that outfit sizzle like she does? I will have to ask him how much she charged him to do those pics?

Happy to promote you, and again, please post some more picks of that oiled up fanny in the Bikini section. Actually throw them up here it is the least you can do for us.

ps IL has Court Supervision with speeding tickets. I don't know if that is available were the first three you had. If not go for the IL Court Supervision, before the other three are settled. Court Supervision might be a thing of the past after a young boy had a head on collision in a Ferrari 355, he came across a double yellow line in West Chicago and killed himself, young mother and son. It was a big deal, kid was cited like forty plus times, and used Court Supervision to keep driving, I believe. Hope that helps a little.
