The girl who was in the car - Tina Kandelaki a Russian TV presenter - was slightly injured. She disapeared from the hospital at lightspeed without beeing completely cured and took the very first plane she could to flew away to Moscow.
Police asked the girl to stay a few days to aswer a few questions but as they were apparently both (Kerimov & Kandelaki) cheating their own wife and husband she probably thought it could be better to come back home.
In the Russian law, cheating is enough to lose the rights to keep your children if the husband decides to ask for divorce.

The girl let Kerimov - burned as Anakin was in Ep3 if you know what I mean - alone to deal with death in his hospital chamber.
Kerimov is still in very bad condition under repirator assistance.

This is what dating bi..... is all about thought.

all cars now are fitted with inertia switches as standard in case of an accident , it cuts the fuel off instantly at the slightest impact , they can even go off if you are parking your car and nudge the bumper , we have had cars towed into our garage (ford garage unfortunately , not ferrari garage) as a non start concern and all they needed to do was reset the inertia switch....

Jason, it was posted earlier in one of the 2 threads for this crash. But nonetheless, it's a horrible scene and I am sure many havent seen that pic.

    Nice!!!!

Dunno about being burnt like Anakin though... How the hell could that have happened? Unless he was drenched in fuel and set alight... But the fact the girl was mostly unhurt makes that doubtful.

Look again, Admiral.....the LH tank was smashed by the tree, squirting all the fuel out like stomping a grape, into the cabin and everywhere.....check valve interlocks pretty useless in this case... probably full from 'Make Ready'....

Any medical updates on Our Man?

Will Santa find him, under the respirator?
We should send a Get Well card.........

Has his wife served him yet?

Yea, the newsgirl was pretty hot..post a lingerie pic from the website....

By Anna Smolchenko and Carl Schreck
    Staff Writers
A business associate of Suleiman Kerimov said Tuesday that the billionaire was in stable condition in a French hospital after a fiery car crash in Nice over the weekend.

Kerimov, who is also a State Duma deputy, is expected to return to Russia in a week and to resume control of his vast business empire, said the associate, Tatyana Bashmakova.

Kerimov did not own the black Enzo he crashed. At the time of the crash 25 November 2006 it used to belong to a Swiss company (who had bought it in Milan, Italy, 10 June 2005, four months after the warranty had started). Following the crash in Nice a new car was built with the same ID, but different seats (now red, not black anymore), and that car is now stored in Switzerland (but no longer with the original owner).
Nothing to do with 128786 in Paris.

Thank you for this fresh additional information. I say fresh, because I have for one of the few times, there is no mention of your personality for the description of this car on the RM Sotheby's website, but also no additional informations for this Enzo. Very surprising knowing the case of this SN.

Finally, the Kerimov's SN is missing for this sad storie and it will make an happy end for the actual Owner car before the auction in Paris.

The SN of the crashed Enzo (again: Kerimov did not own it) is not missing. I just prefer to keep it private and will not reveal it here.

He probably wasn't the "official" owner of the car, but he was surely the real owner. He used to hide behind shell companies or behind a figurehead. After rebuilt, the car was registered in the name of a "straw man" well related with Kerimov... as well as all his Veyron, and many other properties. He was sued in France for all these hidden properties (mainly real estate), and he is still in trouble here. And i think the US have started recently to interest to his case too. Suggest to google search with the names of "Kerimov" and "Studhalter".

I understand and I will not insist.

I simply find it regrettable that the owner of the Enzo that RM Sotheby's will sell has to live with a story that does not concern him.

    Paperwork says something different.
And again, at the time of the crash it was not in the name of Kerimov and has never been.
BTW being sued and being convicted is not the same.

No, he doesn't have to live with a story unless some less-informed people continue to post incorrect information on the internet (a.k.a. copy and paste..........!!).

Yes it s true Mr Massini and normal also.

Probably You have more facilites than people to have correct informations.

This thread is 7 pages, the correct thing was to start to put fresh informations.
    By Yourself or others authorities.
